Rome Retold is about exploring our ancient past and continuing to find new lessons from antiquity.

Timothy is a lifelong student of history, and likes to read and write books in his spare time. Looking for a career change, he decided to focus on academic pursuits centered around Ancient Rome. He now studies and practices history full time, whereby he strives to share his passion and insight with others.

Timothy earned his Bachelor’s of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has a Master’s in Military Studies from the American Military University, where he completed a thesis on the Second Punic War. He is currently studying a second Master’s in Ancient & Classical History, whereafter he has plans to pursue a PhD.
